With more than 250 daily flights and service to over seven million people per year, LA/Ontario International Airport (ONT) makes it easier than ever to bring your tradeshow, convention or meeting to Ontario. The Convention Center is just two blocks from the airport, so you can get down to business within minutes of arriving. Most area hotels offer free shuttle service to and from the airport.

Approachable.

Ontario is a medium-sized city with a small town feel. Many of our historic businesses are still run by the families that started them generations ago. The Ontario Convention Center is a modern building both in design and technology, housed in a space that is manageable for the planner as well as the attendee.

Before you even arrive at our Convention Center, you've already experienced the one-on-one personal attention you and your event deserve. From our professional sales team to our friendly event managers, our staff takes a personal interest in your event to make sure every detail is attended to, so you can shine. Our goal is to make sure you get results.

About the Ontario Convention and Visitors Bureau

The purpose of the Ontario Convention and Visitors Bureau is to provide meeting planners with "one-stop shopping" when booking business within the city. Whether your group's business is hotel-only, a citywide, Convention Center-only event with minimal room nights, a special event or a sporting event, the Ontario CVB will provide the assistance meeting planners need to have successful events. The Ontario CVB's sales team is housed inside the Ontario Convention Center; this provides you with immediate answers for date availability and detailed information about the Convention Center.

The Center has been bringing conventions and tradeshows to the City of Ontario for 10 years. The Convention Center is considered a regional center due to its size and capacity. It is an ideal venue for mid-size conventions representing 250 to 950 hotel rooms on a peak night, with up to 10,000 delegates.

CVB Event Support Services

Support services include Passkey® enabled housing, event planning assistance, attendance promotion, post-convention report, and welcome letters are available upon request.
